Tips Slimming

Far too many people try and complicate losing weight. Basically to get slimmer there are tried and tested methods that work. Here's a simplified list of exactly what has been proven to work. There aren't many surprises but for once it's as simple as we can make it!!!

Drink Plenty of Water and cut down on soft drinks and alcohol. Avoid eating near bed time and Sleep Well.

Eat in front of the mirror.

Walk where you drove, go Upstairs when you used to get a lift.

Work up to doing 100 press ups, sit ups and squats every morning.

Go for a half an hour aerobic exercise at least 3 times a week. (walking, jogging, swimming)

By lots of fruit and Vegetables and snack on them instead.

Eat nutritious meals with all the food groups.

Avoid too much sugary or sweet foods.

Try frozen bananas instead of ice cream.

Imagine yourself at your perfect weight for 10 minutes each morning and Anchor the good feeling

Organise your life so eating junk is harder than eating healthily.

Reward yourself for doing well every week, then every second week and then every month. (Rewards must NOT be food rewards)

Write out a letter, written by you in your ideal future thanking the yourself from today for keeping to the health plan and getting you at your ideal weight. Thank your today self and talk about how you managed to do it successfully.

Buy yourself smaller clothes that look great so you have to fit into them.

Go into a relaxing state of trance/relaxation and imagine changing your body metabolism to just the right speed.

Vividly imagine your perfect body as you exercise.

Build great feelings of MOTIVATION and DETERMINATION and Anchor them
