
Here are some tips for you to be able to go into a trance by yourself easily.
(1) FIND A SPOT AND PLAN OUT A QUIET TIME. Wherever you want to go into a trance, you first have to know when you want to exactly. Decide on a specific time frame and suggest to yourself that you will finish it at a particular time. The quieter the surroundings the better although you can hypnotise yourself regardless of quiet.
(2) DECIDE WHAT YOU WANT FROM THE TRANCE Your intention from the experience of hypnotising yourself must be known in advance. The key is to have certain suggestions and visualisations memorised before you go into hypnosis so that you can use them when you are in. Of course, this is not absolutely necessary but just make sure you know what kinds of things you want to get from the experience.
(3) CLOSE YOUR EYES AND IMAGINE YOUR ENTIRE BODY RELAXING. The best way to relax is to vividly imagine yourself relaxing and then imagine being transported into that relaxed body. The more you do this, the more relaxed you will become.
(4) BECOME AWARE OF THE SENSATIONS OUTER AND INNER A useful thing to do is to become aware of the different sensations you feel or exxperince outisde of your mind and then inside of your mind. Gradually begin to start to become more aware of inner sensations than outer sensations. This ensures that your focus begins to turn more inwards which is a powerful way of promoting trance.
(5) ALLOW YOURSELF TO IMAGINE WHATEVER YOU WANT In order to ensure that your attention is captured in your imagination, it is useful to have a person imagine things that they like and enjoy imagining
(6) ONCE YOU FEEL YOURSELF VERY RELAXED AND INSIDE YOUR IMAGINATIONS, BEGIN TO USE VISUAL AND VERBAL SUGGESTIONS. When you feel that you are in a comfortable state of relaxation/trance, begin to create images of yourself and much healing taking place and imagining yourself different in the future. Also begin to repeat suggestions in a confident and authoratative way to yourself towards making sure you change in the future.
(7) WHEN YOU FEEL IT IS TIME, BECOME FULLY AWARE ONLY IN A WAY THAT MAKES YOU FEEL SUPER As soon as you feel that it is time to end the experience, give yourself powerful final suggestions and imagine these suggestions repeating in your head while you sleep and dream. Also then imagine yourself doing everything the way you want to in the future. Lastly, imagine yourself more and more fully aware, awake and really, really happy as you count up and every number imaging yourself feeling much sharper.
