
This month, I want to offer you some suggestions on self coaching. Self coaching is how I describe the process of coaching yourself. (I know it's obvious by the way)
(1) SET WELL FORMED OUTCOMES FOR YOURSELF (POSITIVE, SPECIFIC, SENSORY BASED (What will you be able to see, hear and feel when you have achieved it?), ECOLOGICAL (That it's worth getting and the benefits outweight the costs) and CONTROLLABLE BY YOU.)
(2) BE AWARE OF THE PRESENT THINGS THAT GET IN YOUR WAY TODAY.
(3) SPLIT THEM INTO THE AREAS OF SELF / RELATIONSHIPS / FRIENDSHIPS / CAREER / OTHER
(4) ASK YOURSELF 'WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IN EACH AREA?'
(5) WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO DO IN ORDER OF WHEN YOU NEED TO DO THEM.
(6) SET A PLAN TO DO EVERYTHING
(7) REMEMBER TO HOLD YOURSELF ACCOUNTABLE AND THAT THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS EXCUSES ONLY LAZINESS. Any issues with yourself deal with them in whatever way you need to.
(8) TRACK YOUR PROGRESS AND CONTINUOUSLY MOTIVATE YOURSELF TO CONTINUE ACHIEVING.
