make good impression

This month, let’s explore some ideas which can be used to help people present a brilliant impression to others.

1) Write down a list of words of how you want to come across to other people.

2) Write down a list of people in your life and which words are important with which people.

3) For each word define how you could create that impression in others. Go through each person or group individually. Write down how you would have to present yourself visually (look, hair, clothes etc…), auditorally (tone of voice, kind of words and vocabulary you would use) and kinaesthetically (how you would need to feel about yourself and what state or ‘vibe’ you’d need to send out).

4) Describe what steps you need to take in order to present yourself successfully in these ways and set yourself out an action plan with a time frame.

5) Devise ways of using the stories you tell in your life to allude to the various traits or characteristics you want people to associate to you.

Example:

1) Confident, Energetic, Healthy

2) Clients: Confident, Healthy

3) Create impression by looking healthy, talking about the importance of health and how I keep healthy, feeling strong, energetic and healthy.

4) Join a gym in the next week, learn about gym, eat well starting today...

5) Mention in your stories about the fact that you are in a gym.
