Sugar is now the number one cause of obesity in the world, in fact it always was! It has absolutely no nutritional value and even the smallest amount can cause your body to store body fat. If you want to lose weight avoid it.
How? It's in most, if not all processed foods. The best way to identify it is look at the ingredients (there should be no more than 6) If sugar is listed near the top then there is a lot of it in that product. Watch out for hidden sugars such as: Brown cane sugar, High fructose corn syrup (in all fizzy drinks), glucose, fructose and also aspartame & aceslufame k even organic sugar is still sugar. |

Here are some suggestions to work more effectively with Clients.
1) FIND OUT WHAT THEY WANT AND NEED.
The first thing to do is to work with the client to create a well formed outcome. Make sure they explain what they want, specifically. Get them to imagine using all the senses having achieved their goal. Make sure it is something they have control over. Finally make sure it fits in with their life and it is not only what they want but also what they need. |
