Quite recently, many of the people I’ve been working with have described people from their past that they harboured some ill will or un-comfortableness towards. I’ve found a really powerful way that I’ve used for forgiving people from my past and enabling me to TALK to them if or when I want to. It’s really great and works brilliantly.
