The Irish Institute of NLP is an institute set up with the mission of providing first class, quality NLP™ training in Ireland as recognised by the Society of NLP and the co-founder of the field of Dr Richard Bandler.
It aims to do this by bringing the best of Ireland's NLP trainers together to teach and train NLP the way it was meant to be taught and to bring their excellent NLP skills and experience home to the Irish market.
It was established early in 2001 by it's co-founders: Owen Fitzpatrick and Brian Colbert. It is officially the first NLP institute ever in Ireland recognised by the Society of NLP (the oldest and largest training organisation in the world). Both Owen and Brian love what they do and their trainings have received popular acclaim in both the public eye and corporate sector. They are highly recognised in their field, have taught seminars around the world in 4 Continents and are the only two Licensed NLP Master Trainers in Ireland.

The Irish Institute was set up for a number of reasons:
1) Affordable Quality NLP™ training available to Ireland has, to date, been scarce. The high cost of trainings abroad, coupled with the extra expense, hassle and stress of attending a NLP™ training in a different country has prevented many from discovering the wonderful skills NLP™ has to offer.
We decided, at last, to bring affordable, first class, quality seminars in NLP™ to Ireland. We knew the trainings must be provided by those with extensive experience in NLP™ who have also a genuine understanding of the Irish Culture.
2) Most training courses available today have large numbers of participants. While initially this seems impressive, the result of this means that there is a lack of personalised attention to each individual.
We decided it was time that we designed NLP™ trainings with less people and more in-depth, personal attention to ensure all the participants gain as much value as possible from the course.

A Society of NLP conferred title granted by Richard Bandler co-founder of the discipline of NLP which is based on the holders overall contribution to the field of NLP. Brian Colbert and Owen Fitzpatrick are the only holders of this title in Ireland, and two of only handful in the world.
