Tips on Time Management PDF Print E-mail
This month, here are some valuable tips about helping you manage your time.

1)   Define your 'to do list' and set your priorities. Write down a list of all the things you have to do and schedule it in so that you  know what you will be doing and when. Divide them into time sections so you set up what needs to be done first, second, etc..

 
2)   Streamline things so that your to do list is organised sensibly. For example, see if you can handle two things at the one time effectively (only in a way that doesn't take away from either activity). 

3)    Organise the Work. Ensure that you have spaced things out that you are mixing the enjoyable work with the less enjoyable work so you can keep yourself motivated and disciplined.

4)    Keep to your discipline. Be aware of when you require to be disciplined and make sure you carry through on what you need to do.

5)    Experience with Focus. Whatever it is that you are doing, do it 100% with all your attention and focus. Once you have allotted time to do something make sure you give it your full attention. Stay in the Present.

6)    Build Happiness into your day. Ensure that in your schedule you set time for relaxation and happiness. Allow yourself have time to feel good and comfortable.

7)   Be accurate with time. Make sure that your estimation of time is constantly revised and up-dated. When you keep an eye on things you'll find out where you fall behind and you'll get much more out of time.
