This month we have different tips on solving problems.
1) Pick a particular problem that you have.
2) Ask yourself the questions: What is this really about? What do I really want to achieve? Make sure you frame it positive, specific, ecological, sensory based and under your control.
3) What resources do you have that you need in order to sort out and solve this problem? What kinds of states? What knowledge? What skills? What materials? 4) Remember a problem you had another time in your life? How did you solve that one? Apply the knowledge from that experience to this current problem? 5) Brainstorm as many different ideas on the problem and most importantly the solution. 6) Look through the ideas and critique them as to their relevance and usefulness. 7) Imagine having solved the problem and what it would be like to look back on it when it's solved. 8) Write out the steps you need to take to sort it out and solve it. |
