Tips on Enjoying Life More PDF Print E-mail
This month we have different tips on enjoying life more.

1) Define on a scale from zero to ten how much you enjoy life at the moment.

2) Define how much you enjoyed life over the past 5 years.

3) Examine what is it that makes you not enjoy it as much now that you used to.


3) Divide your life into CAREER, SOCIAL, ROMANTIC, DEVELOPMENT AND FAMILY areas.

4) In each of the areas come up with 5 ways that you can start to enjoy life more in that aspect of your life.

5) Design a plan that allows you to start taking action on these 25 different ways. Structure them so that they fit in with the rest of your life.

6) Focus on the kinds of things in your experiences that you really enjoyed. What was it that gave you a real kick? How can you get that similiar kick? (obviously in only smart ways which are of no danger to yourself)

7) What have you never done but you always wanted to do? What gives you a good feeling when you see others doing it? How could you give it a go?

8) Look at all the things in your life you have to fel greatful about and spend some time each day feeling glad for everything!!
