I highly recommend Owen Fitzpatrick and Brian Colbert…..for me it has been a rare and unprecedented opportunity to learn new skills and tools which taught me how to identify and change my negative emotional states and how to achieve and maintain a resourceful and a useful way of thinking/feeling.
